In the event that you remove your resume or job listing prior to the expiration of that listing, no refund or credit will be available or due from jobs4gems.com or its parent companies, heirs or successors. After your listing appears on jobs4gems.com for any period, no refund or credit of any amounts paid will be available or due from jobs4gems.com unless in jobs4gems.com sole judgment, jobs4gems.com has failed to provide the listing for which it received compensation, for the period of time for which it committed to provide that listing.

jobs4gems.com is not an employment service nor is it a placement service, and no guarantee, warranty or representation is made with respect to the ultimate employment of any resume poster on this site, or the ultimate location of an appropriate candidate for any job opening listed on this site. jobs4gems.com will do its best to provide anonymity to resume posters or job posters when such anonymity is indicated at the time of the posting as being preferred. Job and resume posters on jobs4gems.com do, by the act of posting a resume or job on jobs4gems.com agree to hold jobs4gems.com, it’s parent, heirs and successors harmless for any act or omission committed in the process or act of providing any listing for any resume or job.

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES WHETHER DAMAGES ARE SOUGHT, OR A CLAIM IS MADE, UNDER THIS WARRANTY OR AS A TORT CLAIM (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT PRODUCT LIABILITY), A CONTRACT CLAIM, OR ANY OTHER CLAIM. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, HOWEVER, WILL NOT APPLY TO CLAIMS FOR PERSONAL INJURY.
